March 4, 2005 - Bilateral myringotomy and ventilation tubes. Primary lip/nasal repair and Gingivopenoplasty (GPP) procedures.
 
August 15, 2005 - Hard and soft palate repair.

July 2007 - Dental repair and 1st set of x-rays to track the growth.
